1:1 Executive Coaching · $1,000 per session

Executive coaching, not advisor theatre.

One hour, one-on-one, with the founder. No coaching framework you have to learn first. No questionnaire you have to fill out. You bring the situation; we work it. Sixty minutes. You walk out with a decision, a plan, or both.

What an hour looks like.

Real working session. Pre-call you send one paragraph describing the situation. On the call we work it. If a decision can be made, we make it. If a plan needs sketching, we sketch it. Notes belong to you.

What founders typically bring.

Strategic decisions.

"We have three paths forward. Which one is the right one for our shape?" Pricing, positioning, segment selection, partnership terms, hire-or-build, market entry, when to raise.

Operating playbook.

"We know what to do; we don't know how to operate it." Org design, leadership cadence, how to delegate without losing quality, when to specialize and when to consolidate.

Founder-mode resets.

"I'm grinding and not sure I'm working on the right thing." Time allocation, board management, dealing with the cofounder dynamic, what to delegate and what to keep yourself.

Pre-meeting prep.

"I have a hard conversation tomorrow." Investor pitch, board meeting, layoff, partner negotiation, family-office presentation. We pressure-test the argument and the delivery.

What this isn’t.

It’s not therapy. It’s not a framework. It’s not a retreat. It’s sixty minutes of working through a specific situation with someone who has worked through a lot of them.

If you want a long-term retainer arrangement — standing weekly slot, Slack access between sessions, board-observer presence — that’s a separate conversation. Email Brian directly. The default is per-session and that’s often what people stay with.

Frequently asked questions.

How quickly can I book?

Usually within 5-10 business days. Calendly shows the next available slots; you pick. If something is urgent, mention it in the pre-call paragraph and I'll prioritize.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the scheduled session. Within 24 hours, refund at my discretion (usually yes if there's a genuine reason). If we hold the session and you feel it didn't deliver, email me — I'll refund.

Can I record the session?

Yes, if you ask. By default we don't record. If you want a recording for your own notes or to share with a cofounder, the recording goes to you afterward.

Can I prepay multiple sessions?

Per-session is the default. If you want a 4-pack or a monthly retainer (Slack access between sessions, standing weekly slot), email me directly to scope. The retainer model is a separate conversation.

Who is this NOT for?

Operators looking for a coaching framework, a personality assessment, or a long-term therapeutic arrangement. This is concrete working sessions for specific situations. If you want ongoing developmental coaching, there are better fits.
